Events (2005 -2019)
The London Meditation Team has been active since 2005 till now and various events were carried out across UK - Meditation Retreats in Somerset, BBC Radio, Mystical Fairs in Kent, Classes in Central London, South, North and West, Mind Body Spirit events, etc.
Various seminars on diverse topics were organised for the UK public to sensitise all those interested in the Science of Meditation. The organisation became a limited company and adopted a new name ~ The Knowthyself Foundation in 2015 and registered under UK charity commission.
